Please read these terms carefully before using the ggqq platform. By accessing your account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ggqq platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, payment services, promotions, and any other services made available through ggqq.bar. 1. Eligibility and Player Requirements

To register and use the ggqq platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

- You are registering with your own true and accurate personal information.
- You are not a person who has previously been excluded from the platform by ggqq.

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ggqq platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in a different name, with a different mobile number, or from the same device for the same person — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ggqq reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold associated balances pending investigation. Any winnings derived from a duplicate account will be void.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
All deposits made to your ggqq account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. ggqq accepts deposits via the following methods for players in Bangladesh:

- Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. ggqq does not charge any fee on deposits.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or mobile numbers registered in your name.
- ggqq processes bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 5 minutes as standard. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
- ggqq charges zero platform fees on all withdrawal methods.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice
ggqq operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All transactions are monitored. ggqq reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ggqq offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the ggqq platform:
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above with a verified account only.
- Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once only. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's own terms.
- ggqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct
The ggqq platform must be used only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of any outstanding balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

- Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
ggqq employs fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ggqq will take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where legally required, notification of relevant authorities. ggqq's decisions in such matters are final.
6. Responsible Gaming and Limitation of Liability
ggqq is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to use these tools and to set limits that reflect their personal financial situation and entertainment budget.

Gambling involves financial risk; you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and that ggqq bears no responsibility for gambling losses.
7. Amendments and Governing Principles
ggqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ggqq will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by the contact details held on the account. Your continued use of the ggqq platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact ggqq support to close your account.
These Terms are to be read in conjunction with any specific promotion terms, game rules, and the ggqq Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ggqq. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.
